01 / Scope
This Privacy Policy explains information a production SerpTide service may process. The static demo uses browser localStorage for cart, discount-code, cookie-choice, and checkout-demo state. It does not send that information to a backend.
02 / Information you provide
A production checkout may collect name, email address, country, subscription selection, and billing records needed by the payment provider. A contact form may collect the information entered into that form. Only information necessary for the stated purpose should be requested.
03 / Tracking data
SerpTide may process search-position records such as keywords, URLs, search location, device type, position, change, and observation time. Tracking data is not sold. It is used to provide tracking, reporting, export, and account functions.
04 / Payment information
A production payment provider should handle card information. SerpTide should not collect or store raw payment-card numbers in its own application unless appropriate security and compliance controls are in place. Payment records may include transaction identifiers and subscription status.
05 / Cookies and local storage
The static demo uses localStorage to preserve cart selections, the SERP10 discount code, and cookie-choice state. A production implementation may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and service analytics. The purpose and duration should be disclosed when deployed.
06 / Sharing
Service providers may process information on behalf of SerpTide where necessary for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, support, security, or data processing. Such providers should receive only information necessary for their role. SerpTide does not sell tracking data.
07 / Retention and security
Production retention periods should reflect the purpose of processing and applicable legal requirements. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
08 / Your choices
Depending on jurisdiction, customers may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain personal information. Requests should be directed to the published production contact channel.
09 / Children
The service is not designed as a child-directed product. Do not submit personal information for a child unless legally authorized to do so.
10 / Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The effective date should be shown on the live policy. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to the revised policy.
