01What exactly is SerpTide?+

SerpTide is a search-position tracking workflow for keyword observations, position changes, URLs, reports, competitor context, and exports.

02Can you guarantee rankings?+

No. SerpTide cannot and does not promise guaranteed rankings, a #1 position, or a first-page outcome. The tool only tracks search positions and reports observations.

03Monthly plan payment?+

The selected monthly plan is charged at checkout. The final amount appears before redirecting to the payment provider.

04How do I get access?+

The intended delivery message is Payment confirmation appears on the return page. Checkout redirects to a secure payment provider. Payment status is verified after return.

05Can I use SerpTide offline?+

The pages can be opened locally, but live position collection requires a production data service. This package itself has no backend.

06Which browsers are supported?+

The interface is designed for current desktop and mobile browsers supporting standard HTML, CSS, JavaScript, localStorage, and responsive layout.

07What are the four plan differences?+

Bay: 25 keywords, 1 site, weekly. Inlet: 200 keywords, 5 sites, daily. Strait: 1,000 keywords, 20 sites, daily plus mobile, competitor comparison, API, 5 seats. Ocean: unlimited keywords and sites, hourly tracking, white-label reports, API plus Looker/Sheets export, 15 seats.

08Can I upgrade or downgrade?+

Plan changes are intended to be handled from account settings in a production service. Contact support to discuss changes to your plan.

09Can I cancel?+

Yes. This checkout charges the displayed amount for the selected monthly plan.

10What is the refund policy?+

Refunds are available within 30 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

11Who owns my data?+

Your tracked data remains yours. SerpTide does not sell tracking data. See the Privacy Policy for the full treatment.

12Which search engines are tracked?+

The exact engines and regional sources depend on the production data provider and configuration. This static package does not claim a live provider connection.

13How often are positions checked?+

Bay is weekly; Inlet is daily; Strait is daily plus mobile; Ocean is hourly.

14Is there API documentation?+

API access is included in Strait and Ocean. A production account would expose current API documentation to authorized customers. API access is subject to your plan and separate onboarding.

15How many team seats are included?+

Bay and Inlet include 1 seat. Strait includes 5 seats. Ocean includes 15 seats.
